＊In-room Laundry Service (using the in-room washing machine)

This service is recommended for long-stay guests and those with busy business schedules. We provide regular care for everyday clothing so you can maintain a clean and comfortable appearance throughout your stay.

Frequency & Fees (Package Plans)
(The following fees will be added to the service apartment contract rent. If you are staying at the hotel and would like to use this service, please contact the Front Desk.)

• Twice a week: USD 35
• Three times a week: USD 50
• Five times a week: USD 80

Process from Collection to Finish (Basic Steps)

• Pre-/post-wash inspection: We check the fabric and condition before washing, and after washing we carefully confirm cleanliness and any remaining moisture.
• Shaping & drying: We shape garments to minimize wrinkles and deformation, then hang them to air-dry naturally.
• Ironing: We finish carefully, focusing on key areas that affect appearance such as collars, cuffs, and plackets.
• Folding & organizing: We align seams and lines neatly and return your items in a clean, well-presented condition.

＊Outsourced Cleaning Service

For items requiring professional care—such as suits, delicate fabrics, shoes, and bags—we will arrange service through trusted external specialists.

2) Dry Cleaning & Pressing Fees (VND)

• Shirt: 60,000 / 40,000
• Jacket: 150,000 / 80,000
• Suit (2-piece set): 250,000 / 100,000
• Trousers: 100,000 / 50,000
• Dress (short / long): 150,000 / 100,000 ・ 180,000 / 100,000
• Tie: 50,000 / 30,000

A 10% VAT will be applied in addition to the above prices.
