Scheduled to take place at 8:10 PM on May 13, 2025, at the Hai Phong Political-Administrative Center Square, the parade will last approximately 25 minutes and involve nearly 3,000 participants from various sectors including ceremonial units, the military, police, government departments, local organizations, and civic groups.<\/p>\n<p>Alongside the parade, an art performance program titled &#8220;Hai Phong \u2013 70 Years of Trust and Aspiration&#8221; will feature impressive stage design, fireworks, advanced 3D mapping technology, and performances by well-known artists.
