Hai Phong City is organizing the Flamboyant Festival this year, marking the 9th time the event has been held, in association with the 68th anniversary of Hai Phong’s Liberation Day (May 13, 1955 - May 13, 2023). The event will take place from May 12 to May 14, 2023.

The highlight of the festival is the art performance named 'Hai Phong - Shine Bright the Coastland,' which will be held at 8:00 PM on May 13 at the Opera House Square.

There will be performances by famous singers, featuring spectacular sound and light effects, with contributions from top-ranking directors, choreographers, musicians, and more from Vietnam.

In the evening, there will be a 15-minute low-range fireworks display at the Opera House area after the opening ceremony of the festival.
