The Flamboyant Flower Festival – a signature annual cultural event in Hai Phong – will introduce a new highlight in 2025 with the first-ever large-scale public parade and formation review. Scheduled to take place at 8:10 PM on May 13, 2025, at the Hai Phong Political-Administrative Center Square, the parade will last approximately 25 minutes and involve nearly 3,000 participants from various sectors including ceremonial units, the military, police, government departments, local organizations, and civic groups.

Alongside the parade, an art performance program titled "Hai Phong – 70 Years of Trust and Aspiration" will feature impressive stage design, fireworks, advanced 3D mapping technology, and performances by well-known artists. Notably, fireworks will be launched simultaneously at six locations across the city, accompanied by LED screens broadcasting the event live for public viewing.

This year's innovations not only bring a fresh dynamic to the traditional festival but also reflect Hai Phong’s spirit of unity, cultural pride, and aspiration to rise in the era of integration and development.
